Hitler, the Nazi leader, had only one testicle says an army medic who saved his life during the First World War. The Führer's groin was injured and he lost one testicle during the Battle of the Somme in 1916.
The army medic and his friends picked up injured soldiers, among them was Hitler. The medic remembered the Hitler was very noisy. His abdomen and legs were all covered in blood, asking the doctor to tell him whether he will be able to have children.
A popular song emerged in 1939, which ridiculed him.
